Caramel Frappe Whey Protein

Ive been using this protein powder exclusively for 3 months and its still the best all around at the best price. I havent found a flavor I havent liked yet. It breaks up great in a shaker or any bottle. Great protein amount, low sugar, low calorie, low price. Nothing beats it.

Im not a body builder by any means. I work out about three times a week and I use the protein powder for a post work out shake or for a quick breakfast. Im not on strict diets or anything like that, so my review is from a regular joe who works our mostly to stay in decent shape and stay alive. The protein powder as a shake is pretty delicious. No weird aftertaste like many other powders, and its really filling. Im sure most pros know all the tips but for those of you that dont, it helps if you mix the powder with caramel frappe whey protein you prefer, I use soy milk, before adding ice. If you put everything in at the same time the powder gets clumpy. I dont know why, but thats been my experience. I use a blender not a shaker. Again, the chocolate malt is what I like and it tastes great.

My husband and I really like this protein. We have tried several others and the taste is always a little off and for that reason alone we wanted to try this one. But! Even better, I am a breastfeeding Mama and found the ingredients in this protein to be superior and safe for my baby. So far, all is going great. Im noticing results and it hasnt had any negative impact on my breast milk for my baby. I would highly recommend this protein to men and women. Also, the size is great especially if youre sharing with someone else like we are!

To start off, I've been working out (lifting) for the better part of 6 years. I almost decided to pass on this "DAY ONE" brand because I remember seeing a bunch of people in the reviews saying that a new ingredient was recently added, making it taste odd. I decided to risk it and purchased the Chocolate flavor over a month ago. I do not regret my decision one bit. Some of the other flavors may taste funky (I wouldn't know because I've only tried the Chocolate), but this one is BY "DAY-ONE" the best tasting protein powder I've ever had. In my past experience, I've found that most powders taste mediocre but have a subtle, sometimes more than subtle, bitter aftertaste. This Chocolate literally tastes like a piece of Chocolate candy that you would buy at a candy shop. No bad aftertaste and it mixes extremely well in your drink. You will still see some tiny pieces that won't mix all the way, but it's miniscule compared to practically every other protein powder I've tried. And most important of all, it works. I have seen some great growth in the past month. I can't speak for other flavors, but Chocolate is the truth.

First time trying the double rich chocolate. I was hesitant because if some reviews saying it tasted terrible. Those people are just probably used to McDonalds milk shakes cause Gold Standard taste is supreme. Im a female weight lifter and I drink two shakes of gold standard a day. My favorite is natural vanilla. Its light and sweet, easy to throw back. The Baseline Chocolate was the only one available so I thought Id bite the bullet and give it a try. Amazing as usual. It has a light sweet flavor. Mixes well with water and easy to throw back. Kind of has a cocoa powder taste with a hint of natural sweetness. I love it. I have tried other brands and they are thick, chalky and over sweet. Gold standard truly is the best and a long time reputable brand.
